Engr. Pio Paredo Perito, RCE, serves as the General Manager of ELOHIM Development OPC, bringing with him extensive technical expertise and a solid track record in the field of civil engineering.

A. Worked in Samar Integrated Rural Development Project (Australian Company) in Construction of Road and Bridges.
B. Worked in City Engineering Office, Calbayog City as head of the survey team in the preparation of plan and Roadway Design.
C. Worked in the City Engineering Office, Calbayog City as head of the Material testing and Quality Control Department.
D. Teaches in the Northwest Samar State University in soil Engineering.
E. Worked as Project Engineer in the Narcissa Hills Subdivision Barangay Rawis, Calbayog City
F. Prepares plan Structural Analysis, Supervision of 4-storey building E.C Marketing, Calbayog City, warehouses, 5-storey building in Catbalogan City, Christian Silver Store, and more.
G. Worked as Project Engineer of 65 hectares site Development in Barangay Tambler General Santos.
H. Worked as the Project Engineer of the improvement of Polambato, Port Bogo City.
I. Worked as the Project Engineer of improvement of Dumangas Port in Romblon, San Fernando.
J. Worked as the Project Engineer Contractor side in the Construction of PLDT Tower In Tacloban Areas.
K. Specialized in the Preparation plans, cost estimates and other pertaining documents of reclamation project.
