CAPT. LYNNIELO OBENZA TIONGZON, also known as “Capt. Long,” is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ELOHIM Development OPC, a company committed to delivering quality developments and reliable construction services in Cebu.

Before venturing into the construction and real estate industry, Capt. Tiongzon built a solid professional foundation as a maritime officer, serving as a ship captain with a total of 15 years of sea service. His experience includes both domestic and international operations, where he developed strong leadership, operational discipline, and technical expertise.

His exposure to the ship repair industry and hands-on experience in boat building provided him with valuable knowledge in structural systems, project execution, and engineering standards. These experiences played a significant role in shaping his transition into the construction industry.

Driven by his business experience and technical background, Capt. Tiongzon established ELOHIM Development OPC with a vision of creating sustainable, high-quality developments that contribute to community growth while generating long-term value for clients and investors.
